CEO
JAMES MAGUIRE
James is the beneficiary of two prior generations of building experience. He has done every piece of construction from shoveling dirt, to the final coat of paint, and everything in-between. James has the "measure twice, cut once" mentality, and holds himself and his team to the highest standards of work quality. He has dedicated Maguire Projects to being a cut above the rest of the industry in service and client experience.

Joshua Pettis
Joshua as had an incredibly diverse career in the service industry and now in construction with us. He keeps our jobsites running smoothly and produces top-notch work product in the field. His field experince keeps us in touch with our trade partners and clients constantly so we can keep everything on schedule and up to our high standards.
Office administrator
Julie Maguire
Julie has over forty years of legal and administrative experience. She keeps the machine running smoothly on our end so we can provide a seamless experience to our clients. Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the Maguire Projects team. She manages the substantial and complex flow of paperwork so we can get the job done efficiently.
Project Manager
Wesley
Wesley grew up learning construction and fine carpentry working with his father. He was previously the owner/operator of his own Oregon based GC company, Plumb Projects, which he left in 2025 in order to work with his brother, James, and join the Maguire Projects team. Wesley's background as an analytical chemist gives him a keen eye for process and detail, which he brings to his role as an MPD project manager.
